Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items should also be returned where reasonably applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and photographs showing the issue.

Refunds

After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
